A poolside surprise
Our family had a delightful time splashing in the pool, which was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we faced delays with our requests for extra towels and blankets, and our room felt a bit outdated compared to others we have stayed in.

comfortable stay but some room for improvement
The breakfast options exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious choices. The room was spacious, allowing for easy movement despite having an extra sofa bed. Quiet surroundings contributed to a restful atmosphere.
The layout felt slightly outdated in some areas.

The location offers convenient access to nearby shopping strips and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or stock up on supplies. The pool area is spacious and well-kept, with a large hot tub that provides comfort after a long day of travel.
It seems the place could use some attention to detail. I found a blood spot on a pillow, little flies buzzing around, and even old food mold was discovered on the microwave. Towels were in short supply with only two provided, and when I tried to get more from the front desk, I had to wait quite a bit with no one in sight. Additionally, there were issues with room assignments that didn’t accommodate my request to be near my son, leaving me on the third floor when I had asked specifically for a room on the first.

Family with children will find it decent
The beds were comfortable and the friendly staff really helped us settle in quickly. We got to enjoy some fun time in the game room where the kids could play Xbox while we relaxed, unexpected perks like that really made it feel like a good stay.
It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
